Dovedale Blue is a mild soft, creamy, blue veined white cheese made using traditional and unvarying cheese making methods. It has received approved PDO status, which means it can only be produced using milk from the designated areas of Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Staffordshire. Served at room temperature this delicious blue practically melts in your mouth. often called a ‘blue for beginners’ as the texture is so special you almost forget its blue.
