We are pleased to announce that Chris, our Butchery Manager will demonstrate how to butcher a lamb along with how to French trim and prepare a rack of lamb. There will also be a talk about how we rear and look after our sheep and lambs followed by you getting chance to have a go at preparing your own rack of lamb.
Afterwards there will be a two course supper with:
Starter
Lamb kofta, Greek salad, Tzatziki and Pitta bread
Main
Lamb and mint pie, creamy mash potato, market vegetables and red wine gravy
Price includes the demonstration, taking home your prepared rack of lamb and your supper!
