Demonstration and have a go at boning out and preparing a pork shoulder ready for making pulled pork

Prepare and flavour your own spare ribs

Enjoy a 2 course meal :

To Start: Pork shoulder Souvlaki kebab with gem lettuce, yoghurt dressing and sweet chilli sauce

Main: Sticky glazed Pork ribs, Corn on the cob and fennel slaw

Includes a bottle of local cider.

Price £40 per head to include taking home your shoulder of pork and flavoured ribs.
